VISITOR TIPS

To make your visit as enjoyable as possible, here are some helpful tips:

  • Buy your tickets in advance. Phone toll-free 1-800-464-1476 or book online by clicing the Purchase Tickets link. Tickets can be reserved online or at the call center up to one hour before your arrival.
  • Visit during off-peak times and hours. Arrive as soon as the Future of Flight opens to avoid crowds. Late afternoons can also be a less crowded time to visit. Come on a weekday, as weekends are always the busiest. And June through September are guaranteed to be the busiest months for an attraction like ours.
  • Plan ahead - allow for traffic or border crossing delays and make sure you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your tour time. Tours depart promptly. Late arrivals may not be accommodated.
  • Tell us in advance if someone with special needs is visiting. With advance notice, we can make arrangements to accommodate special needs such as wheelchair assistance and a sign-language interpreter.
  • Consider making a hotel reservation at one of the area's lodging properties if you want to spend lots of time at the Future of Flight. Be sure to check for discounts during the fall and winter months.
