|Everything You Need to Know|
Can I purchase tickets the day of the tour? To guarantee your tickets, it’s best to purchase them in advance. You can reserve your tickets online or by phone at 1-800-464-1476 up to one hour before your arrival.
When is the best time to visit? To avoid crowds, visit during off-peak times. Early mornings and late afternoons are generally less crowded. Weekends and the summer months (June-September) are the busiest.
- The Boeing Factory Tour is a visit inside a working assembly plant, which can be noisy and active depending on the day and time. Employees on the Everett site work 5 days a week, 3 shifts a day. Any employees on the weekend will be essential services or overtime, so please be aware that activity in the factory on weekends may be minimal.
Cameras allowed at the Future of Flight and not in the Boeing factory. You may take photos of the Future of Flight Gallery and on the Strato Deck but The Boeing Company does not permit still photos or video cameras on the tour. In addition, there are no personal items allowed on the tour, including purses, backpacks, waist pouches, binoculars, cell phones, etc. Free lockers are available onsite.
|Are there overnight accommodations available nearby? Absolutely! If you want to take full advantage of your trip to the Future of Flight and nearby attractions, consider making a hotel reservation at one of the area's lodging establishments.|
We have someone in our group with special needs. Can they be accommodated? Tell us in advance if someone with special needs is visiting. With advance notice, we can make arrangements to provide wheelchair assistance. We can also provide an American Sign Language interpreter with two weeks advance notice. The tour does require substantial walking—including through the underground tunnel system of Boeing—so wear comfortable shoes.
Can small children go on the Boeing tour? Children must be at least 4 feet (122 cm) tall to go on the Boeing Tour. You cannot carry babies or small children on the tour and there is no childcare facility at the Future of Flight Aviation Center & Boeing Tour.
What can my children who are too short for the Boeing Tour do? Families can purchase a snack in the Paper Plane Café, visit the Boeing Store, or get some fresh air on the Strato Deck.
Can I fly up and park my aircraft at the Future of Flight? Due to increased security measures, The Future of Flight Aviation Center no longer allows for private aircraft parking on the Kilo North Ramp. Please contact Castle & Cooke Aviation Services (Everett, WA KPAE) at 425-355-6600 for private aircraft fly-in parking. For a detailed list of aircraft services, please visit www.castlecookeaviation.com. Thank you and safe flying!
